Weekly Weigh In
My weigh in for Saturday was 156.4, which was nice to see, especially after last week. I gave up my Starbucks and managed not to crave soda which is nice. I even allowed myself one splurge when Josh and I went out for lunch at a nicer restaurant-- I had one Diet Soda and went back to going without. So things are going really well on the food end of things; now I need to focus on exercising. I always meet all my goals except for the exercise one. Only 21 more pounds to go!!!

Congrats! You broke your addiction to soda! If you can have one one a week and not crave it in between, then you definatly did it. I think it' perfect that we weigh the same, that way we see the same #'s each week (hopefully I can keep up with you!)Good luck, and I will see you on Devon's B-Day. Maybe we could do some shopping at the mall when you're here :)
It is nice to weigh the same each week, although it is a challenge to keep up with you. At least I know I can ask you for tips if I start falling behind target!!! YEAH US!
